Try contacting the Federation of Family History Societies,
as they used to hold a list of volunteers who are able to
help translating documents. Alternatively, you could contact the Jewish
Genealogical Society of Great Britain, www.jgsgb.org.uk, as many of their
members probably had Russian forebears.

Subject: [STAFFORDSHIRE] Russian Cyrillic Text

Hi List, a little off-topic, but I have a document from 1915 that contains
Russian Cyrillic.
Anyone please point me in the right direction to get it translated.
I could use one of the many on-line translation sites but they wouldn't give
me the grammar as well though.
Regards, Michael McAllister
