Your Great Grandpa is listed in the 1900 Census living at a South Omaha address with Sophia, their children and his mother -- Barbara Szymanski. His name was Jan and he came from the German held area of Poland in 1882. Sophia came in 1884 and Barbara came in 1889. Sophia came from the Austrian held side of Poland. I have a list of possible ships he may have came on, but have not researched them yet. He filed a declaration of intent to naturalize and I have a copy of that if you would like one.
