On Saturday, 28 May, 2005 DOORS OPEN ONTARIO is being held in our area.
(Leeds & Grenville Counties)
If you are live in, or near our area, we would invite you to visit as many
sites as possible.

Our Col. Edward Jessup Branch of the United Empire Loyalist Association of
Canada are involved with three sites in particular.

There will be a very special document on display at the Johnstown United
Church, just east of Prescott, ON.

You could find the transcription and background of the document rather
interesting, as it relates to the early history of our Province and Country.

You can also read about, and see PICTURES of our many (UE) activities on

We wish as many as possible to be able to visit some of the many activities
going on in our historic area this Saturday.
Some of the events are held in the evening as well. Cemeteries, Fort
Wellington, Battle of the Windmill,,,,,,,, and the list goes on.
