George Clarke was one of four brothers that came over from Tipperary
County Ireland in 1819. The other three brothers William, Robert and
John settled around Toronto. I don't have a lot of information on these
families. A Mrs. Claude Mooney did a lot of research in the 1970 & 1980
and her information is in the Goulbourn Museum, I do have copies of
some of this information but have not sorted out the information. Bruce
Elliott also researched this family when he was working on his book
"Irish Migrants in the Canadas A New Approach"
