Hi All,

I have been looking for information on William Orr, carpenter who died on
Aug 7, 1882 of a "softening of the brain" according to his death
certificate.

Does anyone know what that means?

Our family story is that he died while putting a roof up on a church in or
around Millbrook, Ontario. He was a carpenter. Is there anyone available to
look up in the local paper for the time and see if there was anything
written for his death?
