The Mediation Panel was decided and the five AB members that are the mediation panel include:
Diane Parsons
Richard Harrison
Nathan Zipfel
Kathy Heidel
Tina Vickers

Motion passed to postpone Motion 01-34(Standing Election Prcedures) until the conclusion of mediation efforts between Teresa Lindquist and Linda Haas Davenport.

Motion 01-35 was moved to amend to read:
I move that the Board accept "Robert's Rules of Order Revised," by
General Henry M. Robert, 1915 Version (Public Domain) that is posted on
the Internet at http://www.constitution.org/rror/rror--00.htm as our
parliamentary authority.
This motion is still in discussion.

Tina Vickers moved for the creation of a Publicity/Promtion Creation.
The committee will develop means of publicity and promotion such as but not limited to newsletters, brochures and web pages to accomplish thier purpose and will be available to work with all committess and organizations within the USGenWeb Project to assist and advise them with publicity and promotion.
This committee will consist of nineteen members.
This is also currently in discussion.
