The following information is from Ky death record 16467 dated 7/23/1915.

Elizibeth Caldwell widowed

Born Sep 10 1820 Pendleton Co Ky

Died July 23 1915 Campbell Co Ky

Age 89 yrs 9 mos 17 days

Fathers name Phillip Yelton birthplace ' don't know'

Mothers name Hettie Caldwell birthplace Virginia

Informant Ida Caldwell Alexandria, Ky

Place of burial Alexandria, Ky on July 25 1915

The 1880 census lists her age as 49. The 1900 census she gives her birth as Sep 1830.

In this case the information on the death record is probably incorrect as to the mother and her birth date. However the birth month and day is probably correct.
