My 2 cents says the census is correct and the death information is wrong.
One reason is Elizabeth's parents - Hetty & Philip - were married 12/7/1825,
which would have made Elizabeth born before her parents were married. BUT I
have not found Hetty & Philip's marriage on the Pendleton Co. marriage index.
So....
My files show Philip's birth place as Paris, KY.
