Joannne,
I am also a Yundt and find myself researching all the different spellings. I am pretty sure the John Yundt you are researching is the one I am interested in. My records go back to Lancaster, Pa. then my grandparents settled in the Altoona area.
My grandfather was John William Yundt, his father John Wellington Yundt and his father was Oliver Yundt. This is where it has ended with my researching. Any chance you might have some information on any of them?
